Our products are designed to meet the needs of both small-scale gardeners and commercial farmers.
Q: Are your hydroponic systems suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely! We offer hydroponic systems and kits for all skill levels, from starter kits for beginners to advanced systems for experienced growers. Our Hydroponic Systems and Kits section includes detailed product descriptions to help you choose the right system for your needs.
Q: Do you sell organic fertilizers and compost?
A: Yes, we offer a selection of organic flower and plant fertilizers as well as compost in our Compost and Flower and Plant Fertilizer categories. All organic products are clearly labeled as such in their descriptions.

Q: How do I create an account on your website?

A: We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after processing (1-2 business days).
2. Free Shipping: Available for orders $50+, shipped via EMS within 15-25 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide except to select Asian and remote regions. All international orders ship from our Phoenix, AZ facility and may be subject to customs fees in your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
